Hello, I’m Dr. Izabelle Grenon—an experienced communication coach, researcher, and international public speaker with over 20 years of global experience.

My background combines academic rigor with real-world insight: I spent more than a decade as an Associate Professor at The University of Tokyo, Japan’s top-ranked university, where I designed and taught communication courses to undergraduate and graduate students from around the world.

Throughout my career, I’ve delivered over 1,000 lessons and workshops, ranging from academic instruction to youth engagement programs, including presentations at international conferences and coaching graduate students preparing for high-level academic speaking.
