Hello and welcome to my profile!

I am a friendly, patient, and supportive tutor with a 120-hour TEFL certificate and a background in Economics. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics. I enjoy helping learners develop their knowledge, improve their communication skills, and gain confidence in their abilities.

My experience includes providing informal academic support to learners in my family and community. I have helped students understand school assignments, work through challenging questions, and express their answers more clearly in English. Seeing learners return excited to share their improved results has been a rewarding experience and has encouraged me to continue supporting others in their learning.

My teaching approach is learner-centred. I believe that every student learns differently, so I aim to understand each learner's needs, strengths, and goals before deciding how best to support them. I use simple explanations, practical examples, guided exercises, and conversation practice to make learning easier to understand and apply.

In English lessons, I can help learners practise grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, sentence construction, and everyday communication. I encourage students to ask questions, practise without fear of making mistakes, and build their confidence step by step. I aim to create a welcoming environment where learners feel respected, comfortable, and motivated.

I am particularly interested in supporting teenagers and adult learners who want to improve their English for school, everyday communication, or personal development. Whether you need help strengthening your foundations or becoming more confident expressing yourself in English, I will do my best to help you work towards your goals.
