Welcome to the path of becoming a fluent British Sign Language user.
I have 18 years experience working and socialising with deaf people from every walk of life and have been a professional interpreter and translator for over 8 years.
I’ve worked in the southwest, London, and now in the midlands.
Whether you want to start from scratch and learn the basics like finger spelling, or all the way to passing your level 6 exams, I can help you become proficient and confident in your abilities and capable of working and conversing with a whole range of deaf people.
I will cover the basics of English language comprehension, text analysis, simultaneous interpreting and understanding sentence structures.
We can also go into depths with the BSL grammar and syntax along with the key things to remember about deaf culture.
Even if all you need is time to practice and want to switch off voices for an hour and talk for exposure to the language, then come along.
