Hello and welcome. My name is Dr. Irene Kafeza, and I am passionate about helping students truly understand law—not simply memorize it. In my lessons, I create a structured yet friendly atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions, thinking critically, and engaging with legal concepts through real-life scenarios, landmark cases, and practical examples. I believe law is best learned through dialogue and application, not just theory.
My academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electronic Contracts and two Master's degrees in Law, with over two decades of teaching and legal practice across Europe and Asia. I have taught subjects such as Information Technology Law, Cyberspace Jurisdiction, Internet Contracts, Contract Law, Intellectual Property law ,E-Commerce Law, Cloud Computing legal issues, and the legal implications of AI and blockchain. I also supervise doctoral research and dissertations and guide students through complex legal reasoning and methodological development.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s objectives—whether preparing for exams, conducting research, writing assignments, or exploring an emerging area of digital law. I provide clear explanations, personalized feedback, and ongoing support. For those working on dissertations or professional research, I help refine arguments, structure writing, and improve academic clarity.
My goal is not only to teach, but to mentor: to help students become confident thinkers, ethical practitioners, and informed interpreters of law in a fast-changing technological world.
I look forward to getting to know your goals and helping you reach them through engaging, meaningful, and intellectually rewarding lessons
