Its worrying about me who's late to class, collecting every little piece of work in order to gather marks or spending too much time lecturing to the class in order to cover the material or teaching what's more important .
I am able to work in constantly evolving environment and adjust their teaching methods based on the age of the students , the resources available and changing curriculum practices and requirements .
