I offer a personalized, student-focused approach to chemistry tutoring, designed to build both confidence and a deep understanding of the subject. Each tutoring journey starts with an initial consultation to get to know the student, understand where they are in the curriculum, identify any gaps, and discuss their goals and learning style. This foundation allows me to tailor each session to suit the student’s unique needs.

My sessions are structured yet flexible, focusing on clear, step-by-step explanations of chemistry concepts. I use real-life applications and analogies to make abstract ideas more relatable and easier to grasp. To reinforce learning, I incorporate regular practice through worked examples, past paper questions, and custom exercises based on the student’s current level.

To assess understanding, I regularly ask concept-check questions, use short quizzes, and have students explain their thinking back to me. This helps identify any areas of confusion early on. I also mark practice problems and past exam questions, providing detailed feedback to guide improvement. Together, we review mistakes and go through similar examples to solidify understanding and improve exam technique.
