I offer highly personalised tuition, structured in accordance with the student's needs. This includes lessons which are structured entirely by myself, as well as lessons where the structure is determined by the student's wishes. As regards the latter this may, for instance, include analysing and working through a specific piece of work together, working on questions submitted by the student, talking through a specific concept together, or similar. The priority will always be understanding - therefore, the lesson structure may be adapted during the lesson itself. I am happy to spend as much time as it takes in order to ensure that the student understands entirely what has been covered in the lesson and feels that the lesson overall was worthwhile. I strongly encourage asking as many questions as possible during the lesson (regardless of how challenging they may appear to be) and I will do my best to answer them to the highest possible standard.
The lessons may be taught entirely online, or in-person (subject to distance), at a mutually convenient time. I am happy to commute where the distance is reasonable. There is no limit on how many lessons may be booked by a student, whether in general or in relation to a specific topic.
I have experience in providing university admission guidance to prospective applicants. All in all, I am approaching a total of five years of reading law at University. I have three years of experience in reading Common Law, and almost two years of reading Scots Law.
