My Teaching Style and Work Approach
I am a dedicated and learner-centred teacher who believes that every child can learn when given the right support, encouragement, and learning opportunities. I approach my work with patience, commitment, and a genuine interest in helping learners develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
My teaching approach is practical and interactive. I break lessons into simple, understandable steps and use examples from everyday life to help learners connect what they learn in the classroom with the world around them. Whether I am teaching English, phonics, reading, creative writing, or basic mathematics, I focus on building a strong foundation before moving to more advanced concepts.
I also incorporate educational technology and visual learning resources into my work. I use tools such as Canva, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to support lesson delivery and make learning more engaging, particularly in online teaching. I am willing to explore new teaching strategies and resources that can improve learners' participation, confidence, and understanding.
Beyond academic achievement, I pay attention to learners' behaviour, confidence, communication, and ability to work with others.
