My lessons are dynamic, engaging, and designed to foster both academic excellence and personal growth. With nearly 20 years of experience teaching English from upper primary to A-level, I create lessons that combine structure with creativity, rigor with exploration. I draw on my B.A. and M.A. in English, PGDE, and multiple professional certifications (IGCSE, TKT, TEFL, etc.) to design sessions that are rich in content and tailored to each learner’s needs.

In class, students can expect a mix of activities that develop all aspects of English: creative writing, grammar, oral skills, literature analysis, reading and listening comprehension, vocabulary building, and spelling. I adopt an eclectic teaching style, integrating diverse methodologies to challenge students to think critically, communicate effectively, write creatively, investigate thoroughly, and collaborate meaningfully. Lessons often include discussion, interactive exercises, literary practice, real-world examples, and reflective tasks that make learning both practical and inspiring.

I use differentiated resources, instructional aids, and stimulating activities to ensure every student can participate and progress. As a published writer, I bring authentic literary experiences into the classroom, helping students connect theory with practice. Beyond teaching content, I mentor, coach, and guide students, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

My aim is to create a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels empowered to reach their full potential. Each lesson is more than instruction; it is an opportunity to inspire creativity, nurture critical thinking, and open doors to new possibilities in language and beyond.
