I have a Montessori diploma and a love of teaching early years. I have 6 years of experience in leading reception abroad. I’ve been a supply TA for almost a year in the UK and been to many different schools. I have good knowledge of jolly phonics and the Montessori method of mathematics. I learnt how to use numecons and the other methods of teaching in the UK which I’ve implemented with some of the students and has really worked. I give my ?? in my lessons and make sure the child has reached his goals for that day even if it may take longer. I want all children to reach their full potential.
