Humaira Mujib

I hold a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Bath, along with a PGCE in Business Education\. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy \(FHEA\), hold a Certificate in CABs, and am also a certified trainer in Digital Marketing from London Business School\.

I have over 10 years of experience in higher education, teaching students from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds\. My recent roles include teaching at Oxford Business College, where I delivered modules across Levels 3 to 6, supervised Level 6 dissertations, and led tutorials and workshops to support student progression\. I am currently also teaching online at Regent College and delivering career development and business training courses for TEVTA Pakistan, alongside teaching management\-related modules at a private university in Sri Lanka\. In addition, I have experience delivering Business and English language courses to international students in online settings, which has strengthened my ability to adapt teaching approaches to different learning needs and contexts\.

I am a dedicated and student\-centred educator who sees my role as both a teacher and a mentor\. I focus on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and independent learning, while also helping students build the confidence and skills needed for academic and professional success\.
