I’ve been working within the Fitness Industry for 15 years now , companies like Fitness First, Virgin Active and most recently GLL (BetterGym), also throughout the years I’ve worked with local projects. My specializations are within Functional Training, Strength, Mobility, Injury Prevention and Stretching.

I’ve been working within the Fitness Industry for 15 years now , companies like Fitness First, Virgin Active and most recently GLL (BetterGym), also throughout the years I’ve worked with local projects. My specializations are within Functional Training, Strength, Mobility, Injury Prevention and Stretching.

Freestyle Bootcamp has been one of my signature trainings and quite popular sessions, great energy, passion and great fun.

The 1-2-1 training sessions consist of 3-5mins warm up, 45mins training with small water breaks in between and 10mins cooldown/stretching.

The training tends to very, focused on posture by promoting movement and helping to prevent aches and pains, specially for individuals that spend too much time in front of the computer.

Resistance will be implemented gradually depending on equipment available and level of fitness. I enjoy freestyle training, where complex compound exercises will boost coordination and become a great challenge.

It’s a constant communication and feedback, the enjoyment of training in the journey is key to achieve results. Ideally 1-2-1 training is the invitation to spend some time in the gym or outdoors activities as well and complement the training.

Ultimately is about your fitness goals and what you want to change in your lifestyle, the training is here to suit your fitness needs and hopefully it will be a welcoming edition to divert from the routine.

Small gradual changes, nothing to strenuous, it’s the opportunity to promote good training habits, possibly change not so much good existing habits and always willing to provide constructive, positive feedback.

While living in London I’ve trained regularly with Hugo, both ; PT sessions and in classes he did. His approach made me enjoy exercising a lot more while also pushing me. Saw great progress in my fitness levels and therefore cannot recommend him enough
