I love to make my sessions interactive in the best way possible- creating drawings, songs, and sayings to remember information is one of the best ways to remember annoying bits that are always forgotten! Note taking is essential, but do this in a form that you prefer. Whether this is on a device or hand written, make sure it is clear and understandable to you. Speaking up at any point when you do not understand something is so important to me, so do not be scared to talk to me!! Even if it seems like a stupid question, I I can help in the best way possible.
