My lessons are relaxed, interactive and completely focused on what the student needs. I’ll start by identifying which topics they find difficult and then build each lesson around improving those areas.

Rather than simply giving students answers, I’ll guide them through questions step-by-step so they understand the method and can eventually solve similar questions independently. I’ll explain difficult concepts in simple ways and use plenty of examples and practice questions to make sure everything is understood.

Lessons can include topic revision, homework support, exam preparation, past-paper questions and exam technique. I can also help students identify common mistakes and learn how to approach questions they may initially find challenging.

I want students to feel comfortable asking questions, even if they think something is “stupid” or obvious. Everyone learns differently, so I’ll adjust the pace and explanation depending on the student.

My main goal is to make GCSE Maths feel less intimidating while helping students become more confident, improve their understanding and achieve the grades they’re aiming for.
