Heroine Ugwuanya

I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with a strong academic background in education and technology, combined with practical teaching and administrative experience. I graduated from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (2020–2021), where I completed a thesis on teachers’ and students’ perceptions of social media in the delivery of instruction in tertiary institutions in Rivers State. Earlier, at University of Port Harcourt (2017), I conducted a research project on the use of Facebook and WhatsApp in instructional delivery in higher institutions. These research experiences strengthened my analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Professionally, I served as a Computer Teacher during my National Youth Service Corps (2018–2019) at Community Secondary School, Omuihuechi Aluu, where I successfully taught computer studies and introduced engaging technical learning strategies that improved students’ interest and participation. I also taught at Grandeur International Secondary School and completed an internship at the University of Port Harcourt Demonstration Secondary School, gaining valuable classroom management and curriculum delivery experience.

In addition, my role as a Teller Coordinator at U & C Microfinance Bank Ltd enhanced my organizational, leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills. I am adaptable, technology-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in any professional environment.
