I am a UK-qualified teacher with almost nine years of experience working with young people in London, including teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4. I now offer personalised online Maths tuition designed around each student’s individual level, confidence and learning goals.

My lessons are supportive, structured and practical. I start by identifying what the student already understands and where the gaps are. From there, I break difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps, model examples and give students opportunities to practise with guidance before working independently. I regularly check understanding rather than simply moving through topics.

I can support students with strengthening core Maths skills, filling gaps in knowledge, homework, schoolwork, revision and exam preparation. I am particularly experienced in working with students who have lost confidence in Maths or who may find traditional classroom learning difficult.

A major part of my teaching experience has involved supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs, including ADHD and autism. I understand that students learn differently, so I adapt the pace, explanations, resources and structure of each lesson to the individual rather than expecting every student to learn in the same way.

My aim is not only to help students get the right answers, but to help them understand the Maths behind them, become more independent and feel more confident tackling unfamiliar problems. I create a calm environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes and learn without feeling judged or rushed.
