Online Tutor | Law, English & Academic Skills
Hi! I’m a friendly and supportive tutor with a Master’s degree in Law and 2 years’ experience working with children and young people up to the age of 18, including almost a year of experience working with young people with SEN. This experience includes helping students prepare for GCSE and A-Level exams.
I offer online tutoring at weekends, supporting students with both specific subjects and general academic skills.
I can help with:
* Law – GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate level
* English & essay writing – including planning, structure, analysis and written expression
* Revision & study skills – helping students develop effective revision techniques and prepare for exams
* Academic support – including research, essay planning and developing confidence with independent study
* SEN support – patient, structured academic support tailored to the individual student
My approach is friendly, patient and encouraging. I understand that sometimes a student doesn’t need someone to simply give them the answer — they need someone to explain things differently, break a task down into manageable steps and help them build the confidence to do it themselves.
I’m happy to work with students to figure out which learning style works best for them. As a student who received tutoring myself, I understand the importance of having a tutor who works with the student and their learning needs.
Online sessions
Whether you’re looking for help with a particular subject, preparing for exams, improving essay writing or simply building confidence with studying, I’d be happy to help.
