I am an architectural historian, architect-in-training, researcher, and writer based in Cambridge. I completed my MPhil in Architecture and Urban Design at the University of Cambridge, where I was awarded a Distinction (77%) in the written component of my dissertation. I am the recipient of multiple academic awards, including scholarships at Cambridge, Oxford, and Edinburgh, and have extensive experience in conducting academic research, essay writing, research proposals, and presentation skills. I predominantly tutor on topics related to English and History, but I am also happy to provide teaching services related to Humanities subjects more broadly.

I have over 4+ years of teaching experience in university and academic settings. From I was a Visiting Lecturer in Architectural History and Theory at the University of Hertfordshire, where I led seminars, one-to-one tutorials, lectures, essay marking, and preparation of course material for first and second-year undergraduates. I was previously a Supervisor at St. John’s College, Cambridge, where I provided individual tutorials for undergraduate architecture students and led Welcome Week sessions for incoming students. Since 2024, I have also worked as a freelance tutor, through which I mostly focus on providing teaching services to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate applicants to Cambridge and Oxford.

My teaching approach is focused around you – the student – and your individual needs; I envision my role as one of dedicated support, guidance, and constructiveness. I aspire for my students to achieve their immediate goals, but in doing so, to also develop longer-term skills in critical thinking and personal development. Learning is a lifelong practice, and the Humanities provide a strong platform upon which debate, discourse, and reflection are emphasised. Through my teaching, I hope to contribute towards the advancement of these abilities in my students.
