I like to use various interactive methods to engage learners in the sessions; via spelling games, flash cards & whiteboards. I also like to keep the dynamic friendly, open and warm. I believe that creating the right kind of environment will always form the foundation of a good and successful student-tutor relationship. I like to use various interactive methods to engage learners in the sessions; via spelling games, flash cards & whiteboards. I also like to keep the dynamic friendly, open and warm. I believe that creating the right kind of environment will always form the foundation of a good and successful student-tutor relationship. Once that is created, further expectations and learning can build upon that. There is no ceiling for that limit, if the environment is right.
Throughout all my experience in the classroom over the last 13 years, from teaching overseas and in special needs units, I have the patience, empathy and understanding to meet children on their level and tap into what works best for them.
