My lessons are structured, thoughtful, and tailored to each student’s individual goals — whether they’re preparing a portfolio for art and design school, aiming to improve their technical and conceptual skills, or simply exploring creativity in a more focused way.

I begin by getting to know the student’s strengths, interests, and ambitions. From there, I build a personalised plan that might include drawing and painting, design work, mixed media, digital art, photography, or installation - depending on what suits their path. Each session is a mix of practical guidance, critical discussion, and creative development, helping students build confidence and refine their voice as artists or designers.

I place strong emphasis on visual communication, research, and experimentation - helping students not just make work, but understand how to talk about it and develop their ideas over time. I also support with portfolio curation, sketchbook development, and written elements such as artist statements or application questions.

My background includes a First-Class Honours degree from Central Saint Martins and an upcoming MA at the Royal College of Art. I’ve worked professionally in contemporary art, graphic design, photography, and creative direction, which allows me to offer insight that bridges both education and real-world experience.

I’ve supported students applying to top art and design programmes, and I always aim to build lessons that feel rigorous yet open, ambitious but encouraging - with the goal of helping each student become not only a stronger artist, but a more confident thinker and communicator.

Whether your child is preparing for GCSE or A-level Art, building a competitive portfolio for Foundation or BA, or simply wants expert guidance and creative enrichment, I’m committed to delivering high-quality, professional tutoring with warmth, care, and clarity.
