I offer drum lessons that are hands-on, dynamic, and shaped around each student’s unique interests. Some people want to dive into grooves and fills, others are curious about improvisation or specific styles – wherever you’re at, we’ll build from there.

My background includes 20+ years of drumming across genres and over a decade exploring improvisation, both in performance and in teaching. I’ve worked with beginners, advanced players, and young people in schools and community settings, including supporting children with additional needs.

A typical lesson might include warm-ups, technique work, listening exercises, and playing along with tracks – but I keep things flexible and collaborative. It’s about developing your sound and confidence on the kit while having fun and staying curious about music.
