I was a peer tutor during college and helped my peer students achieve success in their coursework.
I have also worked at a nursery which led to me developing lots of skills with time management, cooperation, observation, problem solving etc.
I aspire to encourage students to achieve their potential and help them strive gain the want and drive to learn. I am extremely passionate about students being able to achieve academic success whilst also maintaining a healthy wellbeing. I will cater towards individual needs to ensure students are getting the hep that they need.

I will provide one to one sessions based on what students need help with to enhance their skills whilst also not losing focus on what they are doing well at.
Students will be able to ask questions and ask for extra help where needed. I will alter my lessons to care for the students specific needs.
I will provide a safe and facilitating environment to allow the students to feel comfortable and be able to share their concerns.
I will be actively giving feedback and asking the students questions to ensure they are understanding what I am teaching.
