I have two years of experience providing one-to-one and small-group tuition in Biology from the age ranges of lower secondary school through to A-level. During this time I have developed a proven ability to help my students build both subject knowledge and confidence in their learning.
Over the past two years, I have tailored my teaching approach to meet the varied needs of my students, ensuring that lessons are engaging, clear, and closely aligned with the relevant exam boards, including AQA, OCR, and Edexcel. My tutoring covers a wide range of topics, and I have helped students improve their grades through the utilisation of structured revision plans, targeted exam practice, and active recall strategies alongside teaching relevant content.
In addition to having subject expertise, I pride myself on creating a strong rapport with students and therefore creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable both asking questions and tackling challenging topics. The feedback I have received from both parents and students has consistently highlighted my patience, clarity of explanation, and striking ability to make complex concepts understandable.
