Sessions will be held online on zoom (they will last between 5 minutes to 60 minutes). I will work with you to overcome whatever difficulties that you may be facing, from the comfort of your own home. Working together would help you gain confidence that could support you in your daily life.
After each session I will spend time to understand what your needs are and I will find methods that will work for you and promote your health and wellbeing.
The content in these sessions could include fitness, lifestyle habits, mindful breathing and reflection. In these sessions do not be afraid of speaking truthfully as I will never judge you or share this information without your consent.
I am only here to support you in the best way possible. These sessions can help promote your communication skills and help you gain more confidence. We can work together so that we can work towards the goals you want to achieve. I know that people have it within them to reach their achievements. Sometimes we just need that small push and a reminder that we can do it.
It does not matter what religious beliefs you have, or even if you do not have religious beliefs I will treat everyone equally.
My session timings will include:
Monday - 17:00 to 19:00
Tuesday - 14:00 to 18:00
Wednesday - 18:00 to 19:00
Thursday - 14:00 to 18:00
Friday - 11:00 to 18:00
Saturday - 12:00 to 17:00
