My coaching sessions are person-centred and tailored to each individual student, focusing on the goals they want to achieve in a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment. As a life and wellness coach, I take a holistic approach that supports both emotional wellbeing and personal growth and development.
I begin by working collaboratively with each person to identify their strengths, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring that every session feels relevant and meaningful, this will help us work towards your goals. Sessions are structured yet flexible, combining open coaching conversations with guided reflection and practical exercises. This includes goal-setting, confidence-building activities, nervous system regulation techniques, and strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
Drawing on my trauma-informed approach, I prioritise emotional safety, helping students understand how their nervous system responds to stress and coaching simple, effective tools to feel more grounded and in control. I create a calm and respectful space where students feel heard, valued, and empowered to express themselves without fear of judgement.
Sessions are interactive and encourage active participation, incorporating real-life scenarios so students can apply what they learn in everyday situations. I adapt my approach to suit different learning styles and needs.
My aim is to equip students with practical life skills, emotional awareness, and self-regulation tools, enabling them to build confidence, resilience, and independence while supporting their overall wellbeing and long-term success.
Coaching can be offered on a short-term basis to focus on specific goals or challenges, or as longer-term support for deeper personal development and sustained growth. As your coach, I am guided by you.
