Hannah Davies

As a First-Class Psychology graduate and current Teaching Assistant, I provide friendly and tailored tutoring in Psychology at GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate level. Having studied Psychology at A-Level and university, I understand the challenges students face — and I use this first-hand experience to support them with both confidence and clarity. I also offer tutoring in basic and GCSE English, including grammar, writing, and reading comprehension. I’ve previously mentored students in both Psychology and English, helping them to prepare for exams and improve their academic skills.

My lessons are friendly, structured, and adapted to each student’s goals. I will begin by reviewing your progress and clarifying your needs, followed by step-by-step explanations using real-world examples, active learning techniques and practice questions. I also provide support with essay writing and exam preparation to build your confidence.

Working as both a general, classroom Teaching Assistant, and 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, I have had ample experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and down syndrome. These roles have highlighted the importance of communicating clearly, adapting content to different learning styles, and creating an inclusive, encouraging environment for all students! I bring this same approach to tutoring: patient, flexible, and responsive to how you learn best!
