I offer personalised Russian language lessons designed to help beginners and intermediate learners develop practical communication skills and confidence. Whether you are starting from the alphabet, refreshing your existing knowledge, preparing for travel, or learning Russian for personal or professional purposes, I will adapt each lesson to your individual goals and learning pace.

My professional background is in healthcare interpreting in England, where accurate communication, active listening, cultural awareness, and confidentiality are essential. This experience has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, understand different perspectives, and work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

My approach to teaching is structured, supportive, and student-centred. I believe every learner has different strengths, interests, and challenges. Therefore, I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, practise speaking, and develop their language skills without fear of making mistakes.

My lessons cover Russian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, listening comprehension, and conversational skills. I incorporate practical exercises, interactive discussions, and real-life situations to make learning both engaging and relevant.

For complete beginners, lessons focus on the Cyrillic alphabet, essential vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic sentence structures. For intermediate learners, I aim to develop greater fluency, grammatical accuracy, and confidence in everyday conversations.
