I believe every student learns differently, so I like to adapt each lesson to suit what works best for them. At the start, we'll go over the topics you find most difficult before working through them step by step until you're confident. I focus on helping you understand why a method works rather than simply memorising it, as this makes it much easier to apply your knowledge to new questions.

I use a mixture of worked examples, real world applications, structured notes, and past paper style questions to help reinforce each topic. As an Aerospace Engineering student, I enjoy showing how maths and physics are used in engineering, as I think seeing where these subjects are used makes them much more interesting and easier to understand.
My lessons are relaxed and there is no pressure to know everything straight away. I encourage students to ask as many questions as they need because I know that everyone learns at a different pace. Whether you're preparing for exams, trying to improve your grades, or simply wanting a better understanding of a topic, my aim is to help you become more confident in your own ability by the end of every lesson.
I know from my own experience that some topics can seem difficult at first, but with the right explanation and enough practice they become much easier. My aim is to create a comfortable environment where you can learn, ask questions on topics you struggle on, and improve at your own pace.
