As a qualified life coach, I combine structured coaching with experience, delivering workshops in public speaking, presentation dynamics, interview techniques and motivational speaking. My work in international development, together with living and working across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, has given me a broad understanding of people, cultures and human potential. Time spent in Hollywood and professional acting workshops further deepened my understanding of confidence, presence and authentic communication.
