My lessons are interactive, practical, and tailored to each student’s goals, whether you’re a complete beginner, a student studying art or design, or an aspiring designer looking to build confidence and real-world skills. I start by understanding your current level, interests, and what you hope to achieve, so every session feels relevant and motivating.

Lessons are typically structured around a balance of theory, hands-on practice, and feedback. We explore core design principles such as visual hierarchy, colour, typography, layout, and user-centred thinking, then immediately apply them through guided exercises and mini-projects. I place strong emphasis on learning by doing, because design is best understood through practice rather than memorisation.

Depending on your goals, sessions may include digital art and graphic design, UI/UX fundamentals, or working directly with industry-standard tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Webflow, or Framer. I also support students with portfolio development, creative problem-solving, and understanding how design works in real professional contexts.

With a First-Class degree in Computer Science, professional design experience across education, healthcare, and fintech, and prior teaching and mentoring experience, I bring both technical clarity and patience into every lesson. My teaching style is supportive, structured, and encouraging — I create a relaxed environment where questions are always welcome and progress feels achievable.
