My lessons are warm, bubbly, and completely tailored to each student’s goals and interests.
I always begin by getting to know what you want to achieve - whether that’s preparing for exams, learning your favourite pieces, improving technique, or deepening your understanding of music theory.

If learning an instrument with me, lessons usually include a mix of practical playing, listening, and creative activities to keep you engaged and progressing at your own pace. With experience as both a classroom music teacher and private tutor, I’m skilled at adapting lessons to suit different abilities and learning styles.

As a professional flautist with a Master’s degree in Music from a prestigious university and a qualified secondary school teacher, I bring both expertise and passion to every session. I’ve supported players and music theory learners from complete beginners to advanced levels, focusing on building confidence, creativity, technique, musicality, and analytical skills through fun and engaging activities. Above all, I aim to create an encouraging and inspiring environment where every student can enjoy learning and feel proud of their progress.
