We will look at different maths questions and subjects, I will demonstrate how they are answered. Then, we will have a discussion, making sure that you understand how to answer, and if not we will go through a question together and discuss it further.

Then, I will give you 5 questions of that subject to attempt, I am happy to give guidance and answer any questions you have while answering these questions. Once finished, we will go through the answers together. Word questions will also be included.

We will repeat this process, each time the questions getting more advanced. I will aim to
go through 2 subjects each session.

Once you are confident on a few subjects, I will find exam-style questions so that you are comfortable with answering exam questions when it comes to your maths GCSE. These will be completed in silence and timed, to try to get you into used to an exam-like environment.

During our sessions, we will create revision resources in order to help you revise when it comes to your exams. For example, revision cards, teaching you the square number, or a step-by-step guide, reminding you how to answer a specific type of question.

Once we have completed all the maths topics that are in the specification, we will go through and complete different past papers, in order to get you confident for your upcoming maths exams.

I am always open to answer any questions that you may have, regarding your maths exams, or just what any exam will look like.
