Grace Sammartini

I have been tutoring for a couple of years now, helping students from the ages of 8 years old to 20 to learn Italian. As an Italian born and raised in Rome, I am passionate about Italian culture and integrate this whenever I can in tutoring (films, food, music, documentaries, travel). I believe an interactive approach is truly successful when learning a language. Alongside this, I am fluent in English and can confidently switch between the two, meaning I am also able to assist with grammar and vocabulary translation throughout the tutoring sessions.

I work in blocks of four weeks, building up with 2 classes a week to slowly achieving a confident introductory conversation by the end of the month. In addition to this, I offer support outside the tutorials, marking written work, sending audiobooks and tasks to complete. I truly love teaching, meeting new students and forming friendships whilst learning and having a fun time.
