My yoga journey began more than eight years ago, when I started attending classes at my local studio and following online tutorials. Over the years, my passion for yoga has continued to deepen, supporting me through various stages and challenges in my life.
Training to become a teacher has always been a dream of mine—a chance to deepen my own practice and to inspire and guide others, just as my own teachers did for me.
I completed my yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali. Not only did I learn how to become a yoga instructor, but I also discovered things about myself and made lifelong friendships. The experience gave me so much more than I ever anticipated.
I like to begin my classes with setting an intention and gentle meditation. Then move into warming up and stretching, gradually building up to the main yoga poses through flowing sequences. The session winds down with cooling, restorative postures, and concludes with a relaxing shavasana, ensuring every class is balanced and rejuvenating. I can teach 30 minute - 1 hour sessions, depending on what the student requires.
I warmly invite you to join me on the mat—let’s explore strength, mindfulness, and well-being together in a space that’s nurturing for all.
