My GCSE Biology and Chemistry lessons are clear, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I focus on building a strong understanding of the core concepts while also helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in exams. Lessons are structured but flexible: we typically begin with a quick recap of previous material or a review of homework, then move on to the topic of the day using a mix of explanations, diagrams, practice questions, and real-life examples to bring the content to life. Perhaps a few fun quizzes and games to help encourage engagement! I encourage questions and discussion throughout, and I adapt my pace and style to suit each student’s confidence and learning style.

I’m currently studying for a BSc with honours in Animal Science, so I bring up-to-date scientific knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for biology and chemistry and their respective fields, with specific knowledge in modules such as molecular biology, microbiology, anatomy, biochemistry and organic chemistry. I also work as an instructor with the Army Cadet Force, where I regularly teach and support teenagers from a range of backgrounds. This has given me valuable experience in communicating clearly, building confidence, and creating a motivating, respectful learning environment.
