Godswill Ayame

I have been working in Seacrest Preparatory, a Cambridge affiliate school in Nigeria, for over 7 years now as a Vice Principal (Administration and Academics) and a subject teacher, and during this time I taught Science and Mathematics to KS 3 students for over 2 years and since then have been teaching Physics and Mathematics to KS 4 students, helping students understand the theoretical aspects and concepts and acquiring skills in scientific inquiry plus preparing students for various local and international exams like IGCSE, Checkpoint, WASSCE, SAT, etc. I have also previously worked in other high schools and educational institutions – wherein I performed similar functions all of which have given me the modest exposure and experience to work effectively with any academic institution and in any country.

Considering previous work experiences, I have a cumulative experience of 11 years in teaching Physics, 7 years in teaching Mathematics, and 5 years in teaching Chemistry whilst working with established academic institutions, but I have over 20 years experience in teaching Maths and the sciences (Physics, Chemistry and general sciences) working as a private tutor. During this whole time, I have enjoyed collaborating and partnering with various academic institutions to help students overcome the challenges associated with science subjects, and it is just amazing to see students transform into global citizens with a set of skillset to contribute to the ever-growing world of science and technology.

I am confident, diligent, conscientious, go the extra mile to get things done, adept at working under pressure and results-oriented.

I am an organized thinker and a fast learner, and will quickly develop any skills required to succeed in whatever role.
