Methodology: I would break down my lessons into modules and have a small graded/fun activity at the end of each module.
I would present via fun and interactive PowerPoint videos and or videos, followed by a few follow-up questions to check the student's understanding of the lesson. Once this is done, the student would get graded homework once per week.
The class sessions would be recorded so the student can rewatch the lesson and grasp information they might have missed, or they can use it to revise.
