I use the easiest format to make my students understand mathematics. I try to use their basic experiences to teach thereby making them easily understand faster. I make sure to carry everyone along.

I also make sure to ease their tension with one or two jokes to make the students have a relaxed mind as majority tend to complain about mathematics.

I also allow students do solved examples while in class so as to be sure that everyone understands the lesson so far and if I find anyone lacking, I go back and explain the lesson further more to make sure they also get along with the rest of students who got the solving right.
