Online PowerPoint focused on bespoke requests from the students, focused on the areas of difficulty. Pre-tutorial work will be assigned and corrected before the tutorial to maximise the lesson time and focus on the areas of difficulty for the best student outcomes. I will model difficult scientific concepts using sports and real world examples so as to make the concepts more accessible for students to understand this also helps working memory for exams. I will also sign post students to free to access online resources such as videos or summaries to optimise their learning and comprehension. Students will be able to contact me by email with any concerns or to request additional tutorials or help coming up to mock exams and actual exams. Given my unusually diverse range of professional experience I would also be happy to provide career advice for scientific and clinical careers, I have unusually broad overseas work experience having lived in 10 countries across 4 continents and travelled to over 120 countries world wide. Due to this travel enrichment I can interact very easily with people from any nation and from diverse cultural backgrounds. I would be happy to adjust resources and tutorial pitch according to the wishes of the students. Students can also bring resources from elsewhere to discuss and go through in detail during the tutorials. I can also show students how to affectively use artificial intelligence (AI) in their study and inform them about the caveats associated with overreliance on AI tool while studying.
