My teaching style:
I take a personable approach to tutoring, as a young student myself I understand the complexities of communication within education. As a result, I can adapt to different learning styles and ensure effective communication between myself and my students. I am able to explain topics of concern and teach exam technique, giving my students key tips to achieve top grades in their exams. I focus heavily on exam technique and practising question formats, ensuring students have key formulas to answer questions.
My previous experience:
I have previously taught 11+ students lessons in English. I have coached children from the ages 12-14 in sports. I have a position of responsibility in my school whereby I work and communicate with 200+ students of the ages 12-16 in organising internal events.
How lessons work:
I am able to travel to anywhere in south-west London for an in-person lesson and find online lessons through WhatsApp or zoom particularly easy for flexibility.
About me:
I am a 17 year old student currently completing my a-levels (being Economics, Geography and Biology). I am based in south-west London and am involved in tutoring to gain key skills which will help me in further education and training. I enjoy sports and music as extracurriculars, i am a pianist and a percussionist. I also enjoy playing team sports weekly and feel as though it benefits my studies.
