I am a grammar school student who has recently been through the 11+ myself, so I understand exactly what the exam involves and how challenging it can feel. I passed the 11+ and have a strong understanding of maths, English and the creative writing section. I am confident in my ability to explain topics clearly and support younger students in a patient and friendly way.

My lessons are aimed at children preparing for the 11+. I focus on building confidence, improving core skills and helping students understand the types of questions they will face. In maths, I break down methods step by step and make sure students fully understand before moving on. In English, I help with comprehension, vocabulary and creative writing, showing students how to structure their answers and develop strong ideas.

My lessons are calm, supportive and personalised. I always start by finding out what the student struggles with and what they want to improve. From there, I create simple tasks, practice questions and explanations that match their level. I can give practical tips, useful techniques and clear examples that make learning easier. My goal is to help every student feel prepared, confident and ready for their 11+ exam.
