My lessons are structured, supportive and fully personalised to each student. Sessions begin with a short check-in to understand goals, current fitness level and any limitations, ensuring each lesson is appropriate and effective. From there, I guide students through exercises focused on strength, fitness, mobility and movement quality, adapting sessions in real time based on ability, confidence and progress.
I use clear explanations, demonstrations and constructive feedback to help students understand not just what to do, but why they are doing it. Lessons are designed to be engaging, achievable and progressive, helping students build confidence as well as physical capability. With a background in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, I place strong emphasis on safe technique, gradual progression and long-term sustainability rather than quick fixes.
My approach suits beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone looking for structured guidance and accountability. Whether lessons are delivered online or in person, my aim is to create a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported, motivated and confident in their movement and overall fitness.
I also adapt sessions to suit individual preferences, whether that is improving general fitness, building strength, increasing mobility or developing better movement habits. Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure sessions remain challenging but achievable. My goal is to help students feel confident, capable and motivated, while developing skills and routines they can continue independently outside of lessons.
