Hello! I’m Gemma — a yoga teacher, musician, creative facilitator and holistic practitioner based in North West London. My sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and creativity in a safe, supportive space.
Whether you join me for a calming yoga class, a creative wellbeing workshop, or a sound healing journey, my approach is always trauma-informed, inclusive, and heart-led. I work with people from all walks of life, including carers, community groups, and those simply seeking a bit of peace and reconnection in their day.
What My Sessions Are Like:
~ I offer both online and in-person sessions, which can be one-to-one or in small groups. Workshops typically last between 60–90 minutes, depending on the format.
~ Gentle, grounding practices influenced by Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, suitable for all levels. I create space to listen to your body, unwind tension, and find ease.
~ I often include live music or sound healing elements (such as singing bowls or vocal tones) to deepen relaxation and emotional release.
~ Some sessions may involve journaling, guided reflection, or simple creative tasks to support emotional expression and mindfulness.
~ Compassionate, calm, and nourishing. Whether you come in feeling stressed, low, or just curious, you’ll be met with care and zero pressure.
With a background in biological sciences, holistic education and years of experience running community workshops, I weave science, soul, and creativity together to support each person’s unique wellbeing journey.
