My sessions are always focused around the needs of the student and will involve talking through the problem that needs to be addressed and then exploring solutions together. For example, if planning study time is challenging we will explore different techniques together until we find something that works for you. I'll help you set goals for both study and wellbeing so you can ensure you have a good balance and are still able to achieve your academic goals, while enjoying hobbies or doing paid work.
