I am a qualified life coach with a MSc in Neuroscience, and over 10 years of experience supporting young people in both educational and wellbeing settings. My approach combines evidence-based neuroscience insights with practical coaching tools to help students build emotional resilience, develop self-awareness, and navigate academic and personal challenges with confidence.
I hold a Neuroscience Coaching Certification, a Trainer Certificate, and have delivered emotional intelligence workshops for teenagers in Spain, focusing on mindset, stress management, communication, and self-leadership. These sessions have empowered students to better understand their emotions, improve relationships, and make more intentional choices in their education and personal lives.
My background also includes working with neurodiverse young people, including those with autism and ADHD, and supporting their families and educators. This has strengthened my ability to tailor coaching to individual needs and learning styles, always with empathy, respect, and a strengths-based mindset.
One of the qualities my students and clients often comment on is my ability to offer surprisingly out-of-the-box insights — the kind that shift perspective and unlock clarity. I have a deep passion for turning emotional confusion into personal power, often by asking the right question at the right time or offering a metaphor that suddenly makes things click. My goal is always to help students see their challenges not as blocks, but as doorways to growth — and to give them the tools to walk through those doorways with confidence.
Whether a student is struggling with motivation, dealing with anxiety, or simply wanting to understand themselves better, my role is to guide them in discovering their own tools for clarity, calm, and confidence. Sessions are structured, compassionate, and age-appropriate, helping students take ownership of their growth in a safe and encouraging space.
I believe that emotional intelligence is as essential as academic success — and that every young person can thrive when they feel heard, supported, and empowered.
