What My Lessons Are Like

My online coaching sessions are designed to create a supportive and motivating space where students can develop clarity, confidence, and purpose in both their studies and personal growth. Each session begins with a short check-in to identify current challenges and set achievable goals. From there, we work through tailored activities and reflective discussions that help students build focus, resilience, and practical strategies for success.

Drawing on my experience as a language lecturer and student mentor, I blend structured coaching frameworks with proven educational techniques. I use questioning, active listening, and guided reflection to help learners identify their strengths, manage time effectively, and approach academic or personal challenges with a growth mindset. I often integrate creative tools such as journaling prompts, progress trackers, and self-assessment checklists to encourage accountability and long-term development.

My lessons are interactive and flexible — sometimes analytical, sometimes reflective — but always student-led. I believe that learning how to learn is one of the most powerful skills a student can gain. With over 5,000 hours of teaching experience and a Master’s in Applied Linguistics, I understand the diverse ways people process information and stay motivated.

Ultimately, my goal as a life coach is to empower students to take ownership of their learning journey, build lasting confidence, and cultivate lifelong habits that lead to academic achievement and personal fulfilment.
