I offer practical, real-life focused lessons designed to help students build confidence, improve communication, and develop valuable personal and professional skills. My approach is relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each individual, creating a comfortable space where students feel encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.

With over 19 years’ experience across sales, customer engagement, and management, I bring a strong understanding of people, communication, and problem-solving into every session. I also hold a QQI Level 6 Diploma in Leadership & Management and have completed Family Mediation training, which allows me to support students in areas such as conflict resolution, confidence building, and handling real-life challenges effectively.

My lessons are practical and interactive rather than overly theoretical. I focus on real-world scenarios, helping students develop skills they can actually use in everyday situations—whether that’s improving communication, preparing for work environments, building confidence, or learning how to handle difficult conversations. Each session is adapted to suit the student’s goals, learning style, and pace.
Typically, lessons can be one-to-one and structured around clear goals, with a mix of discussion, guidance, and simple exercises to reinforce learning. I believe in keeping things straightforward and easy to understand, avoiding unnecessary complexity. I also focus on progress, helping students recognise their improvements and build confidence over time.

My aim is to provide students with practical tools, a stronger mindset, and the confidence to apply what they’ve learned in real life. I support long-term growth by building confidence, consistency, and practical skills for everyday success.
