About me

My lessons are dynamic, interactive, and specifically tailored to meet the needs of each student.
I focus on achieving results, ensuring my students and clients reach their goals and experience growth. Seeing lives transformed brings me the greatest joy, with individuals becoming happier, healthier, and more fulfilled.
I also do group coaching, and organise workshops and retreats in person.

I spent 15 years in the Holistic and Spa industry and know that behind any muscle tension and illnesses are unresolved issues from the past. This is the reason I chose to take a path of life coaching and healing meditation allowing me to reach a bigger audience, all under the umbrella of well-being.
My experience in the last 5 years shows me how many unhealed emotional and spiritual wounds we carry on in our lives, hiding behind the makes with the attitude "I am good" or playing the victim role.
Being unaware of the cause of our problems, working on the service, and not looking at the roots of the issue, make us be on train 22 for years. And I believe you don't want this for yourself.

During my practice, seeing the needs of my clients, I created a program, "The Power of Self-Love", to help them get confidence, embrace their power and gain emotional, spiritual and financial freedom.
Also, I created e-books and audio programs supporting your journey of self-discovery, inner healing, and growth.
