I am a native Spanish speaker from Peru and currently study Politics and International Relations at the University of Brighton. I offer personalised Spanish lessons for complete beginners, intermediate learners and advanced students who want to improve their confidence and communicate more naturally.

My lessons are adapted to each student’s level, interests and objectives. At the beginning, we will discuss what you want to achieve, whether that is improving your conversational Spanish, preparing for school or university assessments, learning Spanish for travel or work, strengthening your grammar, or expanding your vocabulary.

A typical lesson can include a short conversation to practise speaking, an explanation of the main topic, guided exercises and a practical activity. Depending on your needs, we may work with short texts, videos, real-life situations, pronunciation exercises, role-playing activities or questions about topics that interest you. I will also provide clear corrections and explanations so that you understand your mistakes and know how to improve.

For beginners, I can explain grammar and vocabulary in English while gradually encouraging you to use more Spanish. For intermediate and advanced students, lessons can focus more heavily on conversation, fluency, pronunciation, listening skills and natural expressions used by native speakers.

Although I am beginning my professional tutoring journey, I am patient, organised, reliable and comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds. My university studies have helped me develop strong communication, research and presentation skills. As a bilingual speaker, I understand the challenges involved in learning and using another language.

My aim is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and progressing at their own pace. Each lesson will be practical, interactive and focused on helping you become a more confident Spanish speaker.
