My sessions are calm, supportive, and tailored to each person. I work mainly online, offering one-to-one sessions that focus on mindset, wellbeing, motivation, and gentle movement, depending on the person’s needs and goals. Sessions are conversational and practical, with space for reflection, encouragement, and clear next steps.
Each session usually starts with a short check-in to understand how the person is feeling and what they would like to focus on that day. From there, we work on simple, realistic goals, whether that’s building confidence, managing stress, improving focus and routines, supporting weight management, or addressing back pain through gentle Pilates-based movement. I adapt my approach to suit different personalities, energy levels, and learning styles.
I have experience working with adults and students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. My background is in health and wellbeing coaching, personal training, Pilates, and mindset work, and I bring this together in a grounded, non-judgemental way. I focus on progress, not perfection, and help people develop skills they can use in everyday life.
Sessions are practical and empowering, with simple tools, exercises, or reflections that people can apply between sessions. My aim is to help people feel more confident, capable, and supported, while learning to trust themselves and build habits that genuinely work for them.
